Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email from us.

If you purchase services from us, you may proceed to redeem the service within the redemption period. In this case, courier service will not be required.

Service Redemption Procedures:

  1. Email us your order number, visit date and time and your requests (if any)
  2. We will process your request and confirm your redemption.

If you purchase products from us, we will arrange courier service to deliver the products to you.

Your orders will be processed immediately upon receiving your payment. We aim to ship your products within 24 hours.

Our delivery service is outsourced to a third party and the local delivery will take 1-3 business days. We will work closely with the courier company and with our customers to ensure a smooth and fast delivery.

Tracking numbers will be provided to you once your items are successfully picked up by the Courier.
