AFTER BOOKING

Once you have booked with us, kindly email to marketing@flamingo.com.sg the following info:

–  Please state order number

–  Please provide passport particulars (name, passport no, date of birth, date of issue, date of expiry, gender)

–  Departure trip date and time 

–  Return trip date and time

BEFORE DEPARTURE

a.  Please ensure your passport has a min validity of 6 months from travelling date

b.  Please check if you need a visa to enter Batam.  For ASEAN countries such as Singapore, Malaysia, you can travel to Indonesia visa-free for holiday purposes.

c.  Please ensure you are fully vaccinated (2 x vaccination).  Please keep a copy of your vaccination certificate in your mobile phone or carry a printed copy.

d.  Purchase travel insurance with Covid 19 (recommended – NOT mandatory).  Please purchase it here.  Please keep a copy of your Travel Insurance Policy in your mobile phone or carry a printed copy.

e. Quarantine / Pre-Departure testings / On-arrival testings are no longer required.  

ON THE DAY OF DEPARTURE

Please present your passport(s) and entry documents such as visa (if required) at Sindo Ferry counter at Harbourfront Centre or Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal. 

Please be there 90 mins before your departure time.

Due to the process of documents verification, the waiting time could be slightly longer than usual.  We seek your understanding on this matter.
